How to obtain your card?
If you wish to obtain the
Universal Net Id Card, please search in this page for an agency
near you, and, with an ID from the United States or your country
of origin ask them to fill out an application form for you. One
of these documents is acceptable; Passport, Drivers License,
Certificate of Citizenship, voting card, Consular card, etc.
You will have to request the
card in person; it can’t be requested by mail or through the
internet. The agent will make a Photocopy and will fill out the
application form with all your personal information, like;
Nationality, First and Last Name, Date of Birth, Actual Address,
Sex, height, Color of your eyes, etc.
Before signing and accepting
the terms of the contract you will have to read carefully the
application; In which you will find a Declaration Under Oath
with which you will guarantee that all the information and all
the documents presented are authentic, as well as acknowledge
the fact that if you are giving a false testimony you are
incurring in Perjury and/or Identity Theft which are crime
strongly punishable in all the countries of the world.
The picture and information
given are strictly confidential and will be kept in our files as
well as in our data base. By law the authorities can inquire us
for reports on our card holders, if there is a suspicion that
someone has incurred in a violation of the law, is our duty to
comply to such requirement. Our company does not exchange any
information with any other agencies and has no links with the
Department of Immigration and Naturalization.
If you lose your card or
change your state of residency or address, you may request a
duplicate card keeping your registration number and expedition
